What the booking form collects

Your name, email, phone number if you give it, and the details of your event: type, date, venue, hours, guests, budget and anything else you write.

Why I collect it

Only to check my availability, reply to you and prepare a quote. I don’t add you to a mailing list and I don’t sell or share your details.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don’t become bookings are deleted after 12 months. For bookings, I keep the details I need for tax records for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Write to nico@example.org and I’ll reply within one working day.

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics from the website platform to count visits. It doesn’t use advertising cookies.
